Privacy Notice
How personal information submitted through Landhall is handled.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, company, business email, telephone number, enquiry type, broad location, asset or acquisition context, authority or mandate status, timing and other information you choose to include. Technical records may include submission time, source page, browser information and security or anti-abuse identifiers.
Do not submit title deeds, identity documents, bank records, exact asset coordinates or other highly sensitive material through an initial Landhall enquiry.
Why information is used
Information may be used to review relevance and authority, respond to an enquiry, assess an asset or requirement, qualify counterparties, agree a controlled disclosure process, maintain transaction and compliance records, protect the platform and manage related business communications. Where consent is requested, it supports the stated enquiry or submission. Other handling may be necessary to take requested pre-contract steps, administer an engagement, meet applicable obligations or pursue legitimate operational and security purposes.
Who may receive information
Access is limited according to purpose. Information may be shared with personnel supporting Blue Mark Real Estate and Landhall, technology and communications service providers, professional advisers, transaction counterparties after appropriate qualification and authority, or public authorities where disclosure is required or appropriate under applicable requirements. Confidential asset information is not intended for uncontrolled public circulation.
International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside the UAE. Where this occurs, reasonable contractual, technical or organisational controls are used according to the service and applicable requirements. Internet and cross-border processing cannot be represented as risk-free.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative, technical and access controls are used to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, transaction administration, compliance, dispute management, security and recordkeeping, then deleted, anonymised or archived according to applicable needs.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about information held concerning you, request correction, or raise a deletion, restriction or objection request where applicable. Requests may require identity and authority verification, and some information may need to be retained for legal, compliance, security or transaction-record purposes.
Privacy enquiries may be sent to enquiries@landhall.ae. The public website does not use analytics or advertising tracking pixels.

This notice may be updated when the platform, service providers or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
