Company

A specialist platform with a defined role.

Landhall is a specialist UAE land and large-format real-estate transaction platform.

Between volume brokerage and global consultancy.

Landhall is designed for owners and acquirers who value principal involvement, field intelligence, controlled information and a clear route through the transaction.

The platform focuses on land, development sites, entire buildings, portfolios, hospitality assets and structured real-estate discussions across selected UAE markets.

Its work is grounded in brokerage-side market access and transaction execution: close enough to the field to understand owner and buyer behaviour, and structured enough to manage sensitive information and complex commercial dialogue with discipline.

Named responsibility throughout the mandate.

The person responsible for a confidential instruction should be identifiable, accountable and directly engaged in the transaction process.

Ghulam Farid

Founding Principal, Landhall

Director – Investment & Asset Advisory, Blue Mark Real Estate

Field-developed intelligence. Principal-led execution.

Active in Dubai real estate since 2011, his experience spans development land, landowner–developer joint ventures, strategic acquisitions and disposals, commercial properties and hospitality-led opportunities.

His work combines opportunity origination, owner and acquirer representation, developer-channel relationships, transaction positioning, commercial negotiation, regulatory coordination and closing execution. Having contributed to establishing and developing two Dubai brokerage operations, he brings a practical understanding of how complex transactions progress: from the initial mandate and controlled market approach through counterparty engagement, due-diligence coordination, negotiation and transfer.

Through Landhall, he applies field-developed market intelligence, commercial judgement and transaction experience to a disciplined process: defining mandate objectives, organising decision-relevant information, assessing opportunity fit, qualifying counterparties, controlling confidential disclosure and coordinating negotiations towards executable terms and closing.

His work is directed towards private owners, leading and established developers, family offices, private investment groups, and HNW clients seeking to acquire, develop, reposition or dispose of selected land and large-format real-estate assets across the UAE.

How the platform should be judged.

Authority should come from behaviour and standards—not unsupported superlatives.

01

Discretion

Release sensitive information only with authority, purpose and appropriate qualification.

02

Accuracy

Separate verified facts, supplied information, assumptions and pending professional review.

03

Relevance

Approach counterparties because the asset fits—not simply because they appear on a contact list.

04

Commercial clarity

Keep objectives, expectations, conditions, responsibilities and decision points explicit.

05

Professional boundaries

Coordinate licensed specialists without misrepresenting the firm's own authorised role.

06

Execution

Maintain involvement from initial mandate or requirement through the closing workstream.

Discuss the transaction, not a generic listing.

Provide the asset or acquisition context and the private deal desk will establish the appropriate next step.
